Mô tả công việc

The Assistant to CEO would be a confident and polished individual who will bring a highly professional to the job, with a strong and efficient communication style. She/he should be able to interact positively and diplomatically with both numerous senior executives, Board members, and other key partners. An applicant who is a perfectionist is on top of every detail and sees things through an executive’s eyes and the company‘s overall goals.

  • Represent the CEO in maintaining and operating the activities directed by CEO to the Departments
  • Arrange the working, meeting, and business schedule; organize the internal meetings, synthesize the content of meetings for the Board of Directors; implement the requests in meetings as directed by the Board of Directors.
  • Convey the CEO's information to the relevant divisions and departments, then deliver the responses directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and attend the internal and external meetings at the request of the CEO
  • Provide interpretation and translation when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University/College in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, etc.
  • English proficiency in four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
  • Having  experience in the similar positions in investment, financial consulting, and commerce business is a plus point
  • Good skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Confident, trustful, and committed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle the issues flexibly.
  • Good strategic vision and skills in arranging and organizing the asks scientifically.
